Roland TrueVIS VG3-540: printing and cutting in one machine.
The heart of our print shop is the Roland TrueVIS VG3-540. It prints your stickers, films and posters and then contour-cuts them in the same machine – precisely, without re-loading the material.
In the video you can see it at work: the print head moves across the material, pass by pass, until the design is complete.

- Contour cutting for stickers in any shape
- Resolution up to 1200 dpi

More than a shop
What a local print shop can do that a shopping basket cannot.
Before you have to ask
Which products do you print?
Stickers and labels, banners and tarpaulins including construction-fence banners, posters and roll-up banners, signs and panels, and films – from adhesive vinyl to made-to-measure frosted glass film. Everything is produced in our print shop in Rorschach and can be configured in the online shop.
Can I order directly online?
Yes. On pixifyprint.ch you choose the product, format, material and quantity, see the price straight away, upload your file and pay with TWINT or card. For special requests, send us an enquiry.
How quickly do you deliver?
Standard products usually within 3–5 working days. The lead time starts with payment and – where approval is required – with your approval. If you are in a hurry, there is express production – in the shop where offered, or on request; we have no influence on how long the post takes.
What happens to my print file?
Every file is technically checked before production: format, resolution, colour space, bleed and – where needed – the cut contour line. If something is not right, we get in touch before printing. We do not check content or spelling; that is your responsibility.
I don’t have a print file – is that still possible?
Yes. We design your artwork to your specifications – from logo stickers to exhibition banners. The shop also has a designer tool you can use to create your own design. More under design service.
The fastest way: directly in the shop.
