How to orderOrdered in the shop in five steps.
On pixifyprint.ch you choose the product, format, material and quantity, see the price straight away, send your file and pay. We do the rest.
- Choose a productStickers, banners, posters, signs or films.
- ConfigureFormat, material, quantity and finishing – the price appears straight away.
- Send your fileUpload it, design it in the designer tool or provide a cloud link.
- PayWith TWINT or card; the receipt comes as a PDF.
- ProductionFile check, printing, finishing, then shipping or collection.
- PricesIn Swiss francs including VAT, plus shipping. The amount shown in the basket, at checkout and on the invoice is binding.
- Set-up fee and minimum quantityWhere they apply, they are shown on the product and built into the configurator.
- ApprovalWhere a “proof approval” is required, the production time starts with your approval.
- ChangesAs long as production has not started, you can make changes or cancel.
- Cloud linkAccessible without logging in and valid for at least 14 days.
- ReprintsYour files stay with us for 90 days – reorder without uploading them again.

Questions about ordering
Can I order directly online?
Yes. On pixifyprint.ch you choose the product, format, material and quantity, see the price straight away, upload your file and pay with TWINT or card. For special requests, send us an enquiry.
How do I pay?
In the shop with TWINT or credit card (Visa, Mastercard), via an encrypted connection with our payment service provider – we never see your card details. You receive a PDF receipt for every order.
Can I still change an order?
Yes, as long as production has not started. Please get in touch as early as possible and quote your order number.
My file is too large to upload – what now?
Provide a cloud link during checkout, for example Google Drive, WeTransfer or Dropbox. The link must be accessible without logging in and remain valid for at least 14 days from the date of order.
