Stickers and labels, banners and tarpaulins including construction-fence banners, posters and roll-up banners, signs and panels, and films – from adhesive vinyl to made-to-measure frosted glass film. Everything is produced in our print shop in Rorschach and can be configured in the online shop.

Yes. On pixifyprint.ch you choose the product, format, material and quantity, see the price straight away, upload your file and pay with TWINT or card. For special requests, send us an enquiry.

In Rorschach, at Pestalozzistrasse 11. Every order from the online shop is printed, cut, finished and packed there – with no middleman.

Standard products usually within 3–5 working days. The lead time starts with payment and – where approval is required – with your approval. If you are in a hurry, there is express production – in the shop where offered, or on request; we have no influence on how long the post takes.

Yes, where the shop offers collection. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready; collection takes place at the agreed times at our premises in Rorschach.

Of course. Just let us know briefly by phone or email – then we will take our time, show you samples and work out the costs of your project.

Yes. We show you material samples in person in Rorschach. On request we also send samples by post – for example frosted glass film in A6, so you can see it on your own window.

For outdoor use we use weatherproof, UV-resistant materials, with a protective laminate on request. Durability figures are based on the manufacturers’ experience with proper use.

Every file is technically checked before production: format, resolution, colour space, bleed and – where needed – the cut contour line. If something is not right, we get in touch before printing. We do not check content or spelling; that is your responsibility.

Yes. We design your artwork to your specifications – from logo stickers to exhibition banners. The shop also has a designer tool you can use to create your own design. More under design service.

In the shop with TWINT or credit card (Visa, Mastercard), via an encrypted connection with our payment service provider – we never see your card details. You receive a PDF receipt for every order.

Yes, as long as production has not started. Please get in touch as early as possible and quote your order number.

Provide a cloud link during checkout, for example Google Drive, WeTransfer or Dropbox. The link must be accessible without logging in and remain valid for at least 14 days from the date of order.

Not quite: a screen emits light, a print reflects it. Small differences between screen and material are normal, and spot colours such as Pantone are approximated in digital printing. Where colour is critical, it is worth looking at a sample.

Yes. The film is cut to your measurements, with a little extra all round, and applied wet. Step-by-step instructions are on the product page in the shop. Unsure? Ask for a sample first.

Yes – that is what the enquiry is for. You will receive a quote, usually within one working day.

You can return stock items within 14 days of receipt. Anything made specifically for you from your files or to your measurements is excluded – and that is most of what we offer. A defect is a different matter: report it within 7 days, ideally with photos, and we will send a replacement, reprint or refund the amount.
