We deliver with Swiss Post throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Where the shop offers it, you can collect your order yourself from us in Rorschach.

- ExpressIn the shop where offered, or on request: it shortens our production time. We have no influence on how long the post takes.
- CollectionWe will let you know as soon as your order is ready; collection takes place at the agreed times.
- PackagingSecurely packed – films and tarpaulins rolled so that nothing gets creased.
- Check on receiptPlease report visible defects and transport damage within 7 days, ideally with photos and your order number.
Questions about delivery
How quickly do you deliver?
Standard products usually within 3–5 working days. The lead time starts with payment and – where approval is required – with your approval. If you are in a hurry, there is express production – in the shop where offered, or on request; we have no influence on how long the post takes.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, where the shop offers collection. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready; collection takes place at the agreed times at our premises in Rorschach.
Can I return something?
You can return stock items within 14 days of receipt. Anything made specifically for you from your files or to your measurements is excluded – and that is most of what we offer. A defect is a different matter: report it within 7 days, ideally with photos, and we will send a replacement, reprint or refund the amount.
